Most of them are allies with each other actually. Licorne, Spirit Valley, and the Black Unicorn Territories all belong to the same family. But past generations split from the rest of the royal family creating their own Lands due to various reasons. The Territories are what's left of the original kingdom which fell apart after the tyrant king fell 200 years ago, Spirit Valley being the newest split off but the reason why the other two get along now.
Speartip's herd and Killer's herd are Outlanders (nomads), meaning they don't belong to a kingdom and so have their own territories.
Blackkiller (who I have yet to draw an updated version of) is my main villain however he has been dethroned and lost his power so he only has a small group of followers and isn't considered much of a threat anymore since the other lands are not only much bigger but can also call upon one another for help if need be.
The badlands are lawless, no leaders like kings or queens or anything. They are full of dangerous Outlanders who will most likely attack anything that crosses their path to try and get an easy meal or just for a kick.
Spirit Valley is open to anyone of any species or background with little speciesism. However there are exceptions, especially if your character happens to be human or human-like.
You can just walk in and they wouldn't really care as long as you didn't pose a threat.
The Canyons however have a very strict leader (Queen Rusty) who will exile a pack member just because they came across humans and were attacked. She does this because she doesn't want the pack member to bring the hunters to their territory and risk the lives of the rest of the pack. So if your character were a human and came across her land first you'd better make a good impression on her. However if your character were to meet a different leader or a friend of hers first and were brought to her land for whatever reason she'll tolerate your character but keep a close eye on them until they earn her trust.
