I bought and downloaded this software program for use on a Windows 10 PC, which it states it is compatible with. I started the program and it said the program had to close because of a fatal error due to the directX/openGL graphic card drivers being out of date. After several hours of trawling through the support forums and trying some of the various fixes suggested, I concluded that life was too short to waste on a product that clearly has unresolved issues and no practical, easy to understand solutions to those issues.
In the end I did resolve the problem via a suggested fix that wasn't particularly easy to understand, but once I fathomed out what they were saying, it was actually fairly straightforward.
The fix is to use the Command Prompt option which can be found by typing 'Command Prompt' in the Windows Search box at the bottom left of the desktop view.
Once the command prompt is open, you type in the location of where the installation file you downloaded is residing on your PC and then add the a couple of extra comands after the file's location. For Windows 10 a typical example might be:
C:UsersYourUsername>DownloadsSweet_Home_3D_Download.exe /os.arch=x86 /j3d.version=1.5.2
Once you have the file's address and the extra commands (remembering to provide a space after the .exe part of the address). You simply press return and the program will install again, but this time with the solutions included. That is it really, you are just re-installing effectively but forcing features that mean the program will operate correctly. And you use the Command Prompt to do it instead of installing directly from the file location as you would normally do.
No wonder they say no refund available, they clearly know that a large proportion of their customers hoping to use Windows 10 are probably going to be asking for their money back.
