Hi all, been playing sims 3 again recently and i've never dabbled in modding sims at all.

I like editing the lots on the map, but am getting fed up of not being able to place lots in places they should fit and not being able to have custom lot sizes as many original lots have weird sizes. are there any mods that would allow these two things to happen for me?
Would also love a search function and custom content so please let me know any other mods you would recommend. Thank you
NRaas Home Opener
NRaas Home Opener is another mod by a well-known and amazing modder of The Sims, Twallana. This time Twallan offers us a very nice modification, which allows us to look into all the houses in our world with the possibility to see through the windows what is happening in these houses, who is inside, what equipment and furniture are inside. In a normal gameplay, when your Sim comes up and looks into an uninhabited house or the house of other Sims, you can't see anything there except empty rooms. This modification changes this and from now on we can see what is inside and what is happening there.
Unlimited Adventures
This mod allows Sim to start his adventure again. After the adventure is over, it can be that sim has to wait until the next day before the adventure reappears. It may also be that sometimes they have to go home and take their holidays again to get the adventure done again.

In the buying mode under the icon of skills and interest we acquire bear for 50 and throw him into the equipment of your sim. When the teddy bear is in the inventory of our Sim we click rmb (right mouse button) on the teddy bear.
The above mentioned interactions will appear. Select one of them by clicking on rmb. You will see a list of the Sims who are closest to yours. Choose how you want to kill another sim.
The Box of Seeds
This small container is the ideal place to store your best seeds. We have various options available:
- Included - the container is included in the scope of delivery.
- Open - opens container
- Store the best seeds - Store only seeds (crops) of excellent quality and above.
- Remove all seeds - remove all seeds from the container, the seeds will then be included in the sima equipment
- Set storage quantity - enter the number of seeds to be stored. Choose from 1 to 99
- Set the content of the box - we have a choice of 3 options: Self-eating, Breeding, Everything
- Name the object - change the name of the container
You will find this container in Storage -> Storage - Miscellaneous
